Product

One product instead of ten systems

A single HR system (HRM) on shared data and permissions: no patchwork of integrations, no double data entry. Everything for HR automation, from a hiring request to engagement analytics.

Recruiting (ATS)Hiring pipeline, publishing and application import from hh.uz, an SEO career site and AI resume screening.
Learning (LMS)Courses, paths, certificates and skill-gap analysis by position.
eNPS and happinessPulse surveys, happiness index, drivers and alerts.
HR document workflowElectronic orders with approval routes and full history.
Roles

One platform, four different working days

Every role gets its own entry point into the product: its own screens, its own permissions, its own notifications. Configured by the role model, not by separate installs.

An HR director at a desk with reports

HR director

Hiring, learning, engagement and attrition in one analytics view, without stitching together exports from three systems.

A recruiter interviewing a candidate

Recruiter

Runs the pipeline, collects applications from hh.uz and the career site, gets AI resume screening for the role.

A department manager with documents in an office

Manager

Approves requests and HR orders, runs onboarding for new hires and performance reviews for the team.

An employee working on a laptop

Employee

Files requests, takes courses, checks the leave balance and onboarding tasks in self-service.

Rollout

From the first call to a working platform

Rollout follows your processes, not an out-of-the-box default. We deploy the instance, migrate the data and switch modules on one at a time.

We map your processes

We look at how hiring, approvals and HR records work today, then agree what moves over as is and what gets simplified.

  • Demo on your scenarios
  • Module map for your goals
  • Scope and timeline estimate

We deploy the instance

A separate app and database in your country or inside your perimeter. We set up the brand, roles, org structure and reference data.

  • Isolated installation
  • White-label under your brand
  • Employee and org-structure import

We turn modules on one by one

We start with one process, get it working properly, then connect the next. Your team learns on live work, not on a manual.

  • Administrator training
  • Launch support
  • Analytics from month one
Artificial intelligence

AI where it actually helps

Not AI for AI’s sake, but concrete scenarios inside real workflows.

LearningRequestsKnowledge base

Claude by default; in self-hosted mode data stays inside your perimeter.

  1. Resume screening and semantic matching to a role.
  2. Assistant with RAG over your policies and knowledge base.
  3. AI course summaries and a chat tutor over learning materials.
  4. The assistant performs actions (course enrollment, requests) only after your confirmation.
Data and security

Your data stays in the country

For Uzbekistan, data residency is a requirement, not an option. So isolation is built into the architecture, not bolted on.

Customer perimeter

Application
Database
LLM gateway
File storage

Personal data never leaves the perimeter: only job postings and notifications go out.

External services

hh.uz
Email and messaging apps
  • Instance per customer

A separate app and database for each customer.

  • Self-hosted AI

The LLM gateway runs inside your perimeter; data never leaves it.

  • Access, MFA and audit

RBAC/ABAC and data scopes, MFA (TOTP), an immutable audit trail, RFC 7807 errors.

  • Residency and encryption

PII stored in Uzbekistan (UZ Law ZRU-547), TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM for sensitive data.

Hosting options

Three ways to host Talantiq

The instance runs wherever your security policy allows: in an Uzbekistan data center, in a dedicated cloud, or entirely inside your own perimeter.

In-country cloud

Application and database in an Uzbekistan data center. Updates and backups are on us.

Dedicated cloud

A separate isolated instance for your company: your own resources, your own domain, your own update schedule.

On-premise

Installed inside your perimeter, self-hosted AI gateway included. Data never leaves your infrastructure.

White-label

Under your brand, no code fork

Logo, colors, fonts and even terminology are configured via config and theme. One codebase, many instances, core updates without losing your customizations.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

The product, data, languages and rollout in brief.

What is Talantiq?

A unified HR platform for Uzbekistan: recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance, surveys, rewards, HR document workflow and self-service in one product. Delivered as an isolated instance per customer.

Where is data stored and how does residency work?

Data is hosted in Uzbekistan under Law ZRU-547: a separate app and database per customer, TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data, and an immutable audit trail.

Which languages does the interface support?

Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English. Full localization of the interface and content.

Can it run under our own brand (white-label)?

Yes. Logo, colors, fonts and terminology are configured via config and theme, with no code fork. One codebase, many instances, core updates without losing your customizations.

How does licensing work and what does it cost?

The model is an isolated instance per customer; price depends on the module set and scale. Request a demo and we will walk through the platform on your scenarios and quote the terms.

Is there AI and is it safe?

Yes. AI scenarios (resume screening, a RAG assistant over your policies, learning summaries) run on Claude by default; in self-hosted mode data stays inside your perimeter and the assistant performs actions only after your confirmation.

Which modules are included?

Recruiting (ATS), onboarding, learning (LMS), performance, assessments, surveys, eNPS, rewards, org structure and staffing table, HR document workflow, employment contracts, time and leave, analytics, notifications and self-service, all running on shared data and permissions.

Can it be deployed on-premise / self-hosted?

Yes. The platform is designed for an isolated install inside the customer perimeter (on-prem) with a self-hosted AI gateway. Data never leaves your perimeter.

Ready to see Talantiq in action?

We will walk through the platform on your scenarios and answer questions in 30 minutes.
