AI where it actually helps
Not “AI for AI”, but concrete scenarios inside real workflows.
Claude by default; in self-hosted mode data stays inside your perimeter.Resume screening and semantic matching to a role.
Assistant with RAG over your policies and knowledge base.
AI course summaries and a chat tutor over learning materials.
The assistant performs actions (course enrollment, requests) only after your confirmation.
Your data stays home
For Uzbekistan, data residency is a requirement, not an option. So isolation is built into the architecture, not bolted on.
Instance per client
A separate app and database for each customer.
Self-hosted AI
Run the LLM gateway inside your perimeter, data stays in.
Access, MFA and audit
RBAC/ABAC and data scopes, MFA (TOTP), an immutable audit trail, RFC 7807 errors.
Residency and encryption
PII stored in Uzbekistan (UZ Law ZRU-547), TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM for sensitive data.
Under your brand, no code fork
Logo, colors, fonts and even terminology are configured via config and theme. One codebase, many instances, core updates without losing your customizations.
Frequently asked questions
The product, data, languages and rollout in brief.
What is Talantiq?
A unified HR platform for Uzbekistan: recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance, surveys, rewards, HR document workflow and self-service in one product. Delivered as an isolated instance per customer.
Where is data stored and how does residency work?
Data is hosted in Uzbekistan under Law ZRU-547: a separate app and database per client, TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data, and an immutable audit trail.
Which languages does the interface support?
Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English — full localization of the interface and content.
Can it run under our own brand (white-label)?
Yes. Logo, colors, fonts and terminology are configured via config and theme, with no code fork. One codebase, many instances, core updates without losing your customizations.
How does licensing work and what does it cost?
The model is an isolated instance per customer; price depends on the module set and scale. Request a demo and we will walk through the platform on your scenarios and quote the terms.
Is there AI and is it safe?
Yes. AI scenarios (resume screening, a RAG assistant over your policies, learning summaries) run on Claude by default; in self-hosted mode data stays inside your perimeter and the assistant performs actions only after your confirmation.
Which modules are included?
Recruiting (ATS), onboarding, learning (LMS), performance, assessments, surveys, eNPS, rewards, org structure and staffing table, HR orders (EDO), employment contracts, time and leave, analytics, notifications and self-service — all running on shared data and permissions.
Can it be deployed on-premise / self-hosted?
Yes. The platform is designed for an isolated install inside the customer perimeter (on-prem) with a self-hosted AI gateway — data never leaves your perimeter.
Ready to see Talantiq in action?
We will walk through the platform on your scenarios and answer questions in 30 minutes.
